Introduction
Pan Gu Mystical
Qigong describes the philosophy of Pan Gu Mystical Qigong
(Pan Gu Shengong) and demonstrates part of the Qigong exercise. It
first gives an overview of this mystical Qigong, pointing out the
principles of curing sickness through the Qigong. Then it describes in
minute detail the first part of the moving form exercise of this Qigong,
showing the specifics of absorbing the essence of the sun, the moon, and
the essential qi of the universe so as to suppress the evil and develop
the good, to relieve the world and help its people. It contains
photographs and fine points for further study and understanding of this
powerful qigong form. The book also explains the theory and evolution and
characteristics of Pan Gu Shengong.

Preface to the Revised Edition
by Robert Anderson and Olivia Ou, Editors
The original version of this book was first
written and published in 1997 in China. It was written for Pan Gu Shengong
students as a textbook. It was translated into English and published in
the United States in 1999.
We are thrilled on the publication of this 2nd
version of this book in English. We have been trying our best to revise
the previous translation to make the content of this new version in
English match the original version in Chinese as precise as possible. You
may find this new version is more readable in English and profound in
meaning.
We also add one more chapter to this
version—an essay which explains the short essay “Harmony: Heaven, Earth,
and Humanity” to help readers have better understanding on this
fundamental philosophy of Pan Gu Mystical Qigong.
