  3. Doctors or professors who want to do research on Qigong and have some personal experience of Qigong.

  4. Acupuncture doctors.

Q:  How many forms does PGSG have?    (Top)

PGSG, which is a complete set of Qigong exercises, consists of a Moving Form,  a Non-moving Form (meditation) and an Advanced condensed Form. The Moving Form is the basis, which only takes you 20 minutes to finish. The Non-moving Form is a meditation, focusing on the regulation of the nervous system and the spirit. An outstanding feature of the Non-moving Form is that practitioners can practice it anywhere anytime. In other words, practitioners can absorb the energy to regulate themselves whenever they need. People who have learnt the Moving Form are qualified to learn the Non-moving Form. The Advanced condensed Form is a condensed form which takes less time but produces more powerful effect. Only the practitioners who have reached a certain level are qualified to learn the advanced form.

Q:  How much does it cost?   (Top)

  1. The fee for the Moving Form is $100.

  2. If you want to learn by correspondence, please add $3 for shipping.

  3. The fee for the Non-moving Form is $100.

Q:  How long will it take me to learn PGSG?    (Top)

PGSG is a simple and effective Qigong. It takes only one hour to grasp the form completely, and only15-20 minutes to finish one exercise. Then you can get very good results by practicing it every day.  However, the philosophy of PGSG behind the simple movement is very profound. If you want to improve faster and reach a certain high level, you should attend more Qigong lectures or read Master Ou’s works.

Q: How quickly will I see the results of the practice?    (Top)

Most practitioners can feel the Qi (energy) as soon as they learn PGSG. The energy you absorb from the universe works on your body and improves your health. One of the particularly good results is that most people feel relaxed and calm immediately when they practice for the first time.  If you can keep on practicing everyday, you will see a big improvement one month later.

Check real life cases to see how fast it would be.

Q:  What are the Qi sensations?   (Top)

When people are in the Qigong posture, which means they are doing Qigong exercise or receiving Qi from Qigong Master or other sources, they may detect some sensations such as swelling, tingling, cold, heat, pain, itching, or they may feel a stream of air flowing through their body. These sensations are called Qi sensations. The intensity of these sensations varies from person to person as the biological field of each person differs. Therefore, the effect of  Qigong exercising is not measured by having Qi sensations, or lack thereof. Someone may detect Qi sensations prior to his or her recovery, while others may recover their health before they detect Qi sensations. No matter what sensations you may have, it is important to feel comfortable and be healthy

Q:  What is Qi-healing?    (Top)

Qi-healing is an energy treatment offered by a Qigong Master. The energy emitted by the Master works on the patients’ body, fighting the disease and improving the immune system.  Master Ou will set up different Qi-healing treatments for different patients according to their condition.

Q: What is long-distance Qi-healing? What is the principle? (Top)

Long-distance Qi-healing means that a Qigong Master can give Qi-healing to a patient who stays at a certain distance away from him.  The reason it works is that the Qi in Qigong shows its material characteristics in three ways (see details in the Theory of Pan Gu Shengong). One of the ways is that Qi launches outward in the mode of a “field”. Like an electric field or a magnetic field, while a Qi field is launching outward, it also forms circles by circles, as waves urge new waves. It is no problem for a Qigong Master with strong issuing ability to launch the Qi far – say hundreds or thousands of miles.  At present, a certain number of patients who cannot visit Master Ou are receiving Master Ou’s long-distance Qi-healing regularly.

Q:  Can PGSG and Qi-healing cause any side effects? (Top)

PGSG and Qi-healing will not cause any side effects since PGSG has been  developed with the structure of human physiology and the characteristics of the relationship between man and nature in mind. (See details in Theory of Pan Gu Shengong) Therefore, PGSG can absorb only the energy and material elements that are beneficial to human bodies and bring good effects without any ill influence.

Q:  Is PGSG against any religions?   (Top)

Pan Gu Shengong does not interfere or go against any beliefs or religions. PGSG  advocates that people “Take kindness and benevolence as basis; take frankness and friendliness as bosom.” It is what all people pursue at the bottom of their hearts.

Q:  Can I just follow the way shown in the “Pan Gu Mystical Qigong”?   (Top)

The way shown in the Pan Gu Mystical Qigong is only a part of the whole set of the moving form. You can absorb a certain amount of energy by practicing it. Nevertheless, if you want to learn the complete form and get the best results, you should learn from Master Ou or PGSG teachers.  In addition, Qigong is not like other kinds of physical exercise.  You cannot grasp the form in its totality just by learning the physical movement. Therefore, it is not enough to learn it from the book.

Q:  Can I teach others after I learn Pan Gu Shengong? (Top)

Only Master Ou and PGSG teachers who have the teaching permission from Master Ou can teach PGSG. The most important part of Qigong exercise is not its motion but the information and energy the motion contains. When Master Ou teaches PGSG he also issues the essential information and energy to his students. Therefore, knowing only the motion is not equal to knowing the Qigong exercise.Without getting training and permission from Master Ou, you will be unable to carry and convey the directional information. As a result, the positive effect will be weakened. Moreover, without Master Ou’s approval, when you teach others to practice this form of Qigong, your own vitality will flow out unconsciously, and your own Qi power will be weakened.

Q:  What are the causes of diseases?  (Top)

Apart from objective causes, there are two reasons for illnesses that were found through the analysis of the physiological structure of the human body:
a.   The organs in the body may develop pathological changes, such as the lack of necessary material elements or excess of harmful material elements. These diseases are mostly parenchyma diseases, which may be referred to as matter attribution diseases.

b.

Then there are diseases caused by the decline or the obstruction of various physiological functions of the body that do not manifest themselves as parenchyma diseases.  They may be labeled as spiritual attribution diseases.

Q: Why Pan Gu Shengong can cure diseases?   (Top)

The principles of curing sickness through Pan Cu Shengong Qigong are two. The first principle is that by performing the exercises outlined herein according to the rules, the practitioner will directly absorb the matter elements from the great nature that are beneficial to the human body, and will cure the sickness caused by the lack of the matter elements in the organs of the body. The second principle achieved through exercising is that the physiological function of the human body will be enhanced by the absorbed energy, thus curing the sickness caused by the obstruction of the physiological function in the organs of the body.
