What's your comment about
PGSG?
"I have
practiced Qigong for over 10 years and martial arts for over 20 years. I
was first heard of PGSG from Vincent Chu (with whom I studied Taiji) I
wanted to learn PGSG and when I did I was very surprised. At first I
thought it was too simple to work, but I found that it is a wonderful
Qigong. Also, because it is both simple to learn and extremely effective,
I want to be able to share this practice with my patients who I think
could benefit greatly from it. This is why I decided to become a teacher
of PGSG."
The reason you want to be a PGSG
teacher?
"As I have already
stated, PGSG is a very simple form. However, in a short time I have
realized that it is very powerful. I have noticed even this year that I
have not caught a single cold despite the fact that I have been treating
patients with colds for the last 2 months almost every day. Usually I
would have caught a few, but this year no. The only thing I am doing
differently is practicing PGSG daily.
I have also noticed that PGSG has made my other Qigong forms work easier.
I feel as if PGSG allows for a direct connection to the Shen Qi in a very
special and direct way."
Other Qigong styles or
Martial Art you know?
"Wu Ji Qigong,
Daoist Meditation and Internal Alchemy, Yang Family Taijiquang, 3rd degree
black belt in Okinawan Karate (Isshinryu and Shorinryu)."
