    "
In this holiday season, do you miss your hometown? If you do, what do you miss it about? Master Ou misses the one-thousand-year-old banyan trees and the crystal-clear streams in the village front. He also praises the idea of 'happiness based on contentment'...I feel happy and content when listening to the song; I also feel the responsibility to take care of the environment so that we all could have a sweet hometown. How about you? " -- by Olivia Ou

A News Report on Master Ou's Visit in New York in November 2009

by Lorna Lai, Nov. 2009

"Yay!"  We were so thrilled and excited to have had Master Ou in New York again this past week.

Master Ou went straight to the Sivanada Yoga Center as soon as he arrived in NYC and was greeted by the Swami and his staff.

  •  P. Siegel suffered from severe pains all over her body for many years.

To cope with the pain, she relied on heavy medications which she soon became addicted to. Her body became so imbalanced that she lost the ability to walk. She met Master Ou this past June and learned the PGSG Movement form and since been practicing PGSG for 5 months. She came back to NY to see Master Ou during his visit this past week appearing young and vital. Now, she is able to walk and had given up all of the medications. She told Master Ou she was very grateful to have met him. She bought along her son and two of her friends to learn the PGSG.

  • Tommy’s story is another amazing one:

Several months ago, he had chest pain and was admitted to Beth Israel Hospital for stress test. From the test results, he has blockages in his arteries. His physician Dr. Kwen then scheduled him for a procedure within a week’s time.  He then made an appointment with Dr. Frederic J. Vagnini, a specialist in Long Island for a second opinion.  As he was driving to Dr. Vagnini's clinic, Tommy felt ill and pulled over, then called an ambulance and was admitted to the North Shore University Hospital.

The Doctors from both hospitals studied Tommy's report and concluded that an angioplasty implant was the best solution for him.  The night before the procedure, as he lay in the hospital bed waiting for the surgery the next morning, Tommy remembered Master Ou had once told us in one of his lectures that the non-movement form is so powerful that it could save our lives. He then made a deal with Pangu in his praying that if the procedure goes smoothly, he will dedicate his life to Pangu!  Tommy spent the whole night practicing the PGSG’s non-movement form.  The following morning, Dr. Bruce Rutkin M.D. proceeded with the procedure as scheduled and found no blockages in his arteries. He was then released from the hospital immediately.  "Thank you Master Ou, that was the happiest day in my life!" Tommy said.

As a promise to Pangu - Tommy has just become one of PanguShengong's instructors!

Congratulations to Joanand Eileen, our new PGSG teachers! Double to Tommy!

  • The Non-moving Form Level II Workshop

During the Non-moving Form Level II (also named the Guided Imagery) Workshop on the Sunday of 11/1, some had visions of their deceased relatives and animals, some saw a waterfall, some saw spaceship with people around it and many other amazing visions... Especially with Susan W., she had a vision that the Yankees won the World Series!!  She was right, the Yankees took the 27th championship on 11/4!  Hurray!

  • Susan D.: Master Ou's excellent student, PGSG amazing teacher

She flown in from Florida just to be with us and Master Ou (She is a register nurse and a PGSG teacher).  About 15 years ago, she suffered from 21 illnesses including severe brain damage.  The cause of her brain damage was due to a surgical error in which the oxygen supply got cutoff during her surgery which severely damaged her brain function.  About seven years ago, she learned PGSG in Arizona.  The normal time to complete one round of the movement form was around 15 to 20 minutes, but it took Susan one whole week just to complete one round of the form.  Yet the pain in her stomach was gone.  She then visited Master Ou in San Francisco the following year to learn the non-movement form.  And today Susan is fully recovered from all her illnesses. Please click here to read the detail of her recovery by doing PGSG practice. She also bought along with her a letter from one of her doctors, it reads:

 Quote

"A Woman's Place, 1660 Medical Blvd, Suite 300, Naples FL 34110 (239) 513-0053

 Re: D, Susan

Mrs. Susan D. had a long history of a 3CM xxxx mass (size of golf ball).  Her only treatment option for this mass was surgical excision.  Since Mrs. Deflavis has been practicing Pangu Shengong, her xxx mass has resolved completely.,

Sincerely,

Signed by: Dr. Michon Floreani, MD"

Solute to Susan!!

That's all for now.  Master Ou is returning to New York 2/26/2010 - Until then!

My Hometown

Ou, Wen Wei

(Recitation: With the dream of my childhood,

With the hope of my childhood,

Quietly flowing toward the edge of the sky,

Flowing toward the sea—)

Hometown, Hometown, my Hometown,

Where are you?  Where are you?

In the memory of my childhood

You are always so beautiful, beautiful

Always so tranquil and serene—serene, serene—

I remember

The stream at the village’s front,

With the dream of my childhood,

With the hope of my childhood,

Quietly flowing toward the edge of the sky,

Flowing toward the sea.

Ah—how the stream’s clear, sweet water

Nourished the crops in the field,

Nourished the cows and sheep on the banks.

Often I would drink a mouthful of its waters,

Take a bite of sweet potato,

Already feeling sweet and satisfied, satisfied—

Influenced, I know, by the idea of

happiness based in contentment,

An idea long cultivated by our traditional culture.

Let me understand what is divine love,

What is kindness and benevolence, kindness and benevolence.

(Recitation: The waters of my hometown

Nourished the crops in the fields,

Nourished the cows and sheep on the banks,

Carrying on the hope of my childhood.)

I remember also

The towering banyan on the hill behind the village,

Quietly, with deep emotion, relating, relating

the unceasing dreams of years and years, dreams,

Attracting flocks of happy birds, freely singing,

freely singing.

Ah—Hometown, my Hometown, although I can no longer find

The clear water of the stream at the village’s front,

Nor can I find the towering banyan on the hill in back,

Yet in my heart, in my heart, I cannot forget,

cannot forget, cannot forget.

Ah—my Hometown, my Hometown, Hometown, Hometown.

New PanGu Shengong instructors share their experience of Pangu Shengong with you

Karel Nuhlicek: "Pan Gu Shengong can really change life and starts the way how to be better person It teaches how to feel love in one's heart. I would like to be ready if somebody needs and ask for help. I would like to pass on Pan Gu Shengong to other people to be happy and healthy."

Svatava Petrosova: "Pan Gu Shengong restores to health one's body and soul. And PGSG brings to live pleasure and happiness. I would like to gain health and happiness. I would like to participate in world improving."

Linda Trammell: "It is a gift for my mental, physical and spiritual health. I wish to share it with others to help them feel the benefits of peace and well-being. For me, it is a beautiful communion with God’s loving energy and I would be selfish if I did not share something so helpful with my brothers and sisters. I love sharing the healing form with others. I would like to help them know the sense of love and strength that comes with practicing moving form for themselves."

Peter Bassett: "Even though I could practice more often, each time I practice I am filled with a sweetness and joy of being that could only come from unity with Love. I am so pleased and thrilled to be able to contribute to the earth, this human race and the universe at this time of great change in this way of joy and well-being."

Arlene Shulman: "I have been practicing daily for over a year and find the form incredibly helpful both on the health level and on a spiritual awareness level.  I love the work and want to be able to share it with others. I have been practicing various spiritual disciplines since the early 1970’s and would bring a great  heart and long experience to those with whom I would share this precious and valuable work."

Mollie Girton: "Pan Gu Shengong is a simple practice that has increased my health; eased my stress level; improved my clarity and my relationship with the divine. I had a bone marrow transplant 16 years ago and during that treatment was given many different medications. The transplant was successful; however, the medications were very hard on my body. Since doing Pan Gu Shengong, I've found my low energy and mental fogginess have greatly improved. I was recently primary care-giver for a parent recuperating from heart surgery experiencing extreme stress and fatigue. Doing Pan Gu Shengong kept me focused and on-track during that difficult period. It was remarkable how I would begin my practice feeling so tight and overwhelmed and finish feeling that a load had been lifted from my shoulders. They rhythmical motions of the practice are soothing and relaxing and in that meditative space I feel I am truly connecting with the divine and I am deeply grateful for that and the healing taking place."

Lynn Taylor: "PGSG is so easy to learn and is very effective from the start.  It is simple and gentle, yet very powerful.  I have come to appreciate its benefits more as time has gone on since I first learned. It has helped me be healthier overall and the energy I feel in my body and mind during and after practice is becoming stronger each time.  Especially with the healing form, we have been helping a close friend of ours who is recovering from cancer and chemo treatments.  He has said very clearly that PGS has made a big difference to him in fighting the disease – helping him stay strong and alleviating side effects.  The energy we all feel during those sessions and the clarity afterwards is remarkable. A gift for everyone participating."

Jiri Habarta: "At first, I was startled by the simplicity of Pan Gu Shengong. “Is this it?,” I said to myself after the first course in Moving Form. I couldn’t believe this practice could be effective. “Ok, it is an exotic addition to my other practices,” I thought. I kept looking for The key, The substance, The principle...

The course in the Non Moving Form opened new horizons for me. I’d looked up the Chinese legend of Creation out of Pan Gu and became more perceptive to the method’s source that is deep in infinite Space...and I also began to better understand why it is practiced the way it is. I still didn’t quite grasp the function of the opening and closing statements at the beginning and the end of each practice. I thought the claims were too optimistic, basically serving to open and close the session in terms of energy.  I am still in the beginning stages of my understanding of PGSG, I have only practiced a short time - only a few years - but I am beginning to have a strong sense of the principle of inter-connectedness among one’s ethical development, the amount and quality of one’s energy, and the level of consciousness – a person’s spiritual development.

In the West we assume that the main point of PGSG is to gain a lot of energy – and we are probably mistaken. I am sure this is only partly true.

I have heard that in China they used to say: “A person with a lot of energy, wisdom and love is Buddha / A person with a lot of energy but no spiritual or ethical qualities is a Demon!!!”

If a person’s body is blocked by unreasonable behavior or mental attitudes, he simply cannot handle finer and higher kinds of energy. Furthermore, expressions of negative habits constantly weaken him. In unnecessary fights the level of his immunity is dropping as he works to re-establish a balance in his energy and health. It is therefore inefficient to deal with consequences in the form of illness but rather to focus on the causes of imbalance in attitudes and in behavior. Only then true healing is possible! Only then one can understand how and where to walk on his Path to Life! Only recently it all finally started to make sense. I finally understood that an improvement in terms of health and of the quality of life are inextricably linked to a growth in the ethical sense that is symbolically expressed in these four statements!!!

It is probably impossible to reach lasting satisfactory results without changing one’s attitude toward himself and toward others. So what better way to share one’s knowledge with other people than through PGSG? Through fulfilling the motto of PGSG, through healing, teaching, or through openly sharing the knowledge we have, as well as through leading by example, we can help others understand the true change for the better. There are still things I don’t understand very well but I am always astonished by the simplicity and efficiency of PGSG. I wonder about what I will still come to learn and experience.

I was impressed with the extremely simple form and the short learning curve of Pan Gu Shengong. Significant improvements in one’s quality of life can be achieved in just a few hours, even if one invests only a few minutes a day. That’s amazing! Practicing other self-improvement methods allows me to compare and to appreciate the beauty and efficiency of PGSG. I also like the positive effects PGSG has on the practitioner’s personality, health, inter-personal relationships or on his spiritual growth, all of which seem so important nowadays. The ease of PGSG and the fact that it demands only a small daily time commitment are great benefits for contemporary people who constantly rush around. I believe these qualities make PGSG a practice of the future - and not only for the peaceful and meditative types – it is a suitable practice for those who are very busy as well.

There is so much to say about the benefits of this method that even the question why I want to teach PGSG? itself sounds strange.

I would like to offer it to everyone who is interested so that together we could transform this complicated world into a wonderful place to live. True change can only come from within each of us, and PGSG is a great method to get there.

I am very happy I have come across PGSG and I would like to share this opportunity with others who seek."

Tommy Lee: "My name is Tommy Lee. I came from Burma Rangoon 1969, I have been living in New York for the past 38 years. I am real estate developer in New York City after 9/11 2001 I went into depression about five years. I become very ill. In 2006 I met up group of people in the park in Chinatown practicing Pan Gu Shengong with Mr.Wong for about two months.  Then they introduced me to Lorna Lai. She officially taught me become a Pan Gu Shengong student. I began to practice every day, I was very lucky that in the same time Master Ou came to New York. I took some healing from the master Ou. I bought his books “the Path of Life” and and “Pan Gu Mystical Qigong” and some CDs. I asked Master signed the book for me.

In the beginning I do not think of anything. I tried to read the book “the path of life” many times, but I can't read it, I always wanted to go to sleep.

2008 I had chest pain and I went to Beth Israel Hospital for stress test. I was told that I had a blockage in my heart I must do the angioplasty. I made an appointment with Dr. Frederic J. Vagnini, a specialist in Long Island for a second opinion.  As I was driving to Dr. Vagnini's clinic, I felt ill and pulled over, then called an ambulance and was admitted to the North Shore University Hospital.  The Doctors from both hospitals studied my report and concluded that an angioplasty implant was the best solution for me.  The night before the procedure, as I lay in the hospital bed waiting for the surgery the next morning, I remembered Master Ou had once told us in one of his lectures that the non-movement form is so powerful that it could save our lives. I then made a deal with Pangu in my praying that if the procedure goes smoothly, i will dedicate my life to Pangu!  I spent the whole night practicing the PGSG’s non-movement form.  The following morning, Dr. Bruce Rutkin M.D. proceeded with the procedure as scheduled and found no blockages in my arteries! I was then released from the hospital immediately. Thank you Master Ou, that was the happiest day in my life!

In March 2009 I came back from a trip from China. My wife got fever for six days and the fever just didn't go away. In the middle of the night when my wife was sleeping, I took the book "the Path Of Life" with the Master  Ou's signature to her and put it on her head. I asked  Pan Gu to help me, and at the same time I was giving qi healing to her for about one hour. My wife woke up in the morning with no  fever! I am very happy that she had been in good health since she learned Pangu Shengong, even though she still have a little problem on right leg.

In addition, when I met people people with depression, if I put my hand over their shoulder and asked Pan Gu  to help them, in a few minutes they become very happy and thank me.  With Pangu Shengong, I know I can help to heal people. Thanks to Pan Gu Shangong and master Ou, I am a very happy man, am traveling around the world doing natural resources business. I am very busy, but I would like to devote some of my time pass on to other to help each other, I encourage everyone to learn Pan Gu Shangong. Good Health is more than Money."
