"I am a PGSG moving and non moving
instructor. I practice everyday and I understand everything about
Pangu Shengong.
Even though it is true that I am
self-sufficient with my own practice and the practice I share
with others, I continue to go to all the hospital classes when
Master Ou comes to Milton and attend the lectures. The reason I
go is not convenience, I, too, have a family that pulls me in
different directions.
I, too, have other interests and
commitments that sometimes compete with the Sundays. Why do I
always attend. What do I get out of the experience... Very
simply profound and deepening understanding of Pangu Shengong.
Master Ou always says different things about the practice.
For example this past march, I
finally understood what it meant to love your body. I encourage
all teachers to attend every time master Ou is in your
vicinity."

"I had just been diagnosed with
