WORKSHOPS

Day 1: Saturday, September 24, 2011

Location: Phoenix Inn Suites 12712 SE 2nd Circle (off Mill Plain), Vancouver, WA 98684

Overview of Pangu Shengong - Free - 10 to 11 am

You will get a basic idea about how and why Pangu Shengong brings great benefits to people. Master Ou will also issue Qi to all audience so that you will have some physical experience with Qi.

Pangu Shengong - Level 1: Moving-Form $120 - 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The entry level foundational practice of Pangu Shengong: Includes history, theory and practice of the Moving Form. The moving form is the basis of Pangu Shengong, qigong form. In about 20 minutes, it
cultivates Qi, promotes health, vitality and balance by repairing the life force.

Pangu Shengong Healing Technique Workshop - $150 - 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Master Ou Wen Wei will explore the pathways of healing with Qi and teach basic healing methods of this powerful healing technique that you can use to help others immediately after you take the workshop.

Prerequisite: Pangu Shengong Moving Form. 

Day 2: Sunday, September 25, 2011

Location: Kojis Chiropractic, 104 SE 107th Ave. Vancouver, WA 98664

Pangu Shengong - Level 2: Nonmoving-Form - $120 - 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Master Ou will present Pangu Non-Moving Form. The non-moving form is an advanced practice of Pangu Shengong, which is designed to strengthen the nervous system, the Spirit, increase mental capacity and cultivate intuitive abilities. The daily practice of this form to absorb universal energy can take place
anywhere, setting aside concerns of privacy and how others view your activity.   

Prerequisite: Pangu Shengong Moving Form. 

Pangu Shengong Level 2: Nonmoving-Form Guided meditation - $60 - 2:15 -- 3:30 p.m.

Master Ou will present techniques for the mind which increases ones mental and intuitive abilities. In addition, Master Ou will guide participants to explore the world beyond the physical world as we know it, while sharing the history of the universe and destiny of human kind.

Prerequisite: Pangu Shengong Non-Moving Form. 

Pangu Shengong Level 3: Advanced Condensed Form $150 - 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Master Ou will teach Pangu Advanced Condensed Form which is a very powerful healing and energized form of Qigong.  Pre-requisite: Moving and Non-Moving Form.
