He teaches Pangu Shengong which is a simple and powerful self-healing method that improves health and well-being by strengthening your life force and immunity. He teaches individuals how through Qigong, one is able to realize calmness, optimal health, and happiness. Pangu Shengong has helped hundreds of thousands of people recover from their illnesses and maintain good health.

Master Ou will be teaching this introductory course to provide individuals with a brief overview of Qigong, in particular Pangu Shengong, and will then provide a group healing to participants to demonstrate the ability of transmitting Qi to facilitate health. He was born in Guangzhou, China. He and his wife and daughter now live in San Francisco, CA.

The course will be divided into three parts: ~30 min lecture; ~20 min group healing session; followed by time for question and answers.

Participants receive energy to assist them in healing from illnesses and/or injuries; & to elevate the heart & soul to allow for more effective energy cultivation when practicing this Qigong.

The energy in retaking this course is equivalent to the energy received during a 1:1 healing session with Master Ou.

Energy is sent to participants to facilitate their development of diagnostic and treatment abilities.

This course assists both beg. & adv. practitioners improve their healing abilities; retakes are strongly encouraged.

Master Ou sends energy focused on the different structures in brain to facilitate the development of intuitive abilities, participants receive a profound deep healing physically and spiritually, and Master Ou shares information he has received during his personal development. New information is shared with each class.
