1. Having learned the Moving Form, Nonmoving Form, Healing Skills, and the Advanced-condensed Form formally.
2. Having been practicing ALL FORMS daily for 6 months or more, and will continue to do so.
3. Having taken Master Ou's classes either in person or by correspondence.
4. Having read the book "Pan Gu Mystical Qigong".
5. Understanding the benefits and fundamental philosophy of this practice. Having a passion for helping others with this practice.

There are 3 ways to learn to teach the Moving Form:

• Private learning session with Master Ou, Wen Wei. Please call 415-928-1389 to make an appointment. A learning session takes about an hour.
• Group training workshop given by Master Ou, Wen Wei. Master Ou gives workshops and lectures in various locations. Please check his schedule to find a good location and time for you.
• Correspondence courses issued by the main office of Pangu Shengong in San Francisco. Please follow the steps below to apply for the correspondence course:
