New song by Master Ou – Cultivating the Heart
————————————————————————————————————–
In order to help people refine their heart-and-souls and improve their health more efficiently, Master Ou especially composed the song, “Cultivating the Heart”, at the end of 2014. It has brought excellent healing benefits to people who are willing to sing or recite it diligently. Therefore, we sincerely present the English translation of the song to you. It doesn’t matter if you have taken Pangu Shengong classes from us or not, as long as you are willing to read and recite the lyrics of the song, you may receive unexpected healing results.

News Report – The May 2015 Indonesia Trip with Master Ou (Part I)
————————————————————————————————————–

  • My trip to Indonesia with Master Ou – by Anisha Desai Fraser

The Pangu students of Indonesia warmly and graciously welcomed us into their hearts. Crossing boundaries of ethnicity, culture, language and religion, we found a common ground in love and kindness, all seeking true health and happiness. We shared stories, singing, food, and adventures. We entered the country as strangers and left as family.

The people of Indonesia, especially those of Bali, have a genuine warmth and happiness that beams from their hearts like sunshine. This was a very important point of teaching from Master Ou. When we show our sincere warmth of expression, this indicates we are happy and calm. Happiness, I believe, is what everyone wants deep down, and it can be wholeheartedly shared, even when we don’t have exactly what we want in life. It becomes a choice and a test of will. How we handle a given situation can result in a life promoting or happy ending, or a life negating, upsetting ending. We may not have control of what happens day to day, but the QUALITY of our life experience is almost entirely in our hands. Now that’s something. Being calm means we can use our hearts to know, at any moment, the appropriate direction to take in our life. In a given situation we can know and understand what to say, what to do, and how to behave.
For me, it is so valuable to have clear guidance, but also to trust those choices, and that trust comes to the forefront when my heart is calm and then filled with Divine Love.

  • Our Gentle Journey Through Indonesia – By Jason Davis
I was fortunate to be able to go on a transformative trip to Indonesia with Master Ou in May 2015. It was a special trip because it marked the 20th anniversary of Pangu Shengong being taught there. I am grateful to have met so many incredible students and for their warm hospitality and enthusiasm in showing us their wonderful country.

Our first stop was the mystical island of Bali. Set against the background of beautiful rice patties and volcanic mountainsides a beautiful backdrop of luscious greenery surrounded us on our bus tour of the countryside. I was told that Bali is sometimes given the nickname of “God Island” and after visiting it I can see why. Every home contains at least one small temple or shrine and each village contains several larger temples. Spirituality seems to permeate the culture on all levels.

  • My Chronic Kidney Illnesses are Recovering by Practicing Pangu Shengong — by Lillie Quan
Lillie, who suffered from hypertension and chronic kidney infection, was very happy to find out from her latest health report: no more signs of protein and red blood cell in her urine sample, no condition of blood vessel degeneration, and no more swollen feet. She achieved this great result by practicing Pangu Shengong daily, listening to Master Ou’s healing chants/songs CDs consistently, and studying and practicing the maxim of Pangu Shengong—“Take kindness and benevolence as basis; take frankness and friendliness to heart.”

At the age of 8, Justin developed serious allergies that were considered incurable. Luckily, he was willing to learn the Moving Form of Pangu Shengong and practice it with his mother. 10 days later, his condition had improved and he was able to breathe more freely. Two years later, he recovered from his chronic allergies and he was able to participate in sports activities such as handball and swimming.
