Abby Greiner- Acupuncture

AbbyElisa

Pangu Shengong (Pan Gu Mystical Qigong) instructor who is certified to teach the Moving Form.

Abby grew up in Rhode Island. Animals have always been an important part of her life. Abby has worked with horses since she was a teenager, and loves to train dogs as well. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a degree in Biology. Several years after college, she went to the New England School of Acupuncture to study Chinese medicine. At NESA, she was introduced to medical qigong. She learned several styles from Paul Fraser in his Medical Qigong course, but Pangu Shengong had a special resonance for Abby. She has found that through regular practice, her health has improved, and her emotions are much more even. She practices acupuncture in Milford and Foxboro in Massachusetts.

My comment about PGSG:

“Pangu Shengong is a gift. It is so simple, yet so powerful. Pangu Shengong was very easy to learn, and I noticed results immediately. I have been practicing for years, and I noticed that I hardly ever get sick. When I do catch a virus, the symptoms are very mild, and resolve quickly. My emotions have also been very even. I am happy more often than I am not, and feel an even deeper connection with nature. In fact, my favorite place to practice is walking in the woods with my dog! I also find that I have plenty of energy for my work. Caring for others can be a tiring profession, but daily practice of Pangu Shengong replenishes me, and allows me to better help my patients. Practicing just before I perform acupuncture can make my treatments stronger!”

Why I wanted to be a PGSG instructor:

“Since I have gained so much personal benefit from PGSG, I had a strong desire to share it with others. I see many patients with chronic illness, so being able to provide them with this powerful self-care tool is wonderful. Its simplicity and effectiveness make it very easy to teach. I also love Master Ou’s message of practicing kindness and compassion. Going through teacher training and more advanced studies has deepened my understanding of the importance of kindness to others. It is the basis of PGSG theory, and its strength comes from peace and harmony with Universal energy. Giving others this powerful tool for finding peace has been a great joy and privilege.”
