Testimonial

I wanted to take a moment to share my own personal experience with PGSG and this path. What I appreciate most about Master Ou’s philosophy and teaching is that it’s not based entirely on the Qi Gong, but rather on how to be a more loving person then you were yesterday. The Qi Gong helps me move in this direction and being more loving and kind allows the healing energy to take deeper root in the body, mind and spirit. I learned this method back in 2004 and I have been practicing everyday since. I can honestly say that every aspect of my life has changed and become more fulfilling and richer than I ever imagined. The energy I absorb from the practice allows me to have enough for myself and plenty to give others. Being in a healing profession this is especially important for me so I don’t deplete myself. I have hardly been sick since I started practicing, and when I do, I recover much faster. I caught the swine flu 6 years ago and I was able to recover in 3-4 days. There were so many cases I heard of where people were hospitalized for weeks. My immunity has made quite a progression from the frequent sinus infections, colds and allergies I used to suffer from. My asthma has healed and I can’t remember the last time I needed my inhaler. I was raised in a very volatile environment and as a result my endocrine system, especially my adrenals suffered greatly as I was in a constant state of fight or flight. As a result I became a person who was extremely anxious and sensitive to her environment and the people in it. I am now able to find ease in situations that would have normally tipped the scales (ie. being in loud restaurants, being around negative people). I’m no longer afraid because I can feel my own “energetic stamina” growing. Master Ou says that with each obstacle or challenge we face, we experience three phases in our journey: coexisting while opposing one another, tolerant and therefore stable, harmonious and therefore resonant. With discipline and an open heart I have found this to be true.

In the world we live in now, I believe it’s truly important to create unity in our spiritual journey together. I experience a profound strength that connects and aligns my spirit to the Divine when I practice PGSG. Over time, Master Ou has answered some of my deepest questions about the world we live in, the nature of the universe and our purpose here. As a result, I have never felt a more real faith and connection with the Divine, something I have longed for my whole life; that connection permeates through my being and positively impacts all those who cross my path. They feel the love and heal from it: through conversations, physical touch, a listening ear and just presence in general. I am in awe at the endless capacity of love we are all capable of both giving and receiving. I am a witness to my own growth in this way and the lives I touch.
