My Comments about PGSG

In my work as a clinician, I am on the lookout for strategies that calm the mind and reduce irrational emotional thinking and subsequent negative behavior. I search for the most effective ways to help heal trauma. Although I have developed many effective strategies, the most impressive facilitated healing was right after my training in the PGSG Moving Form and Healing Technique. I was working with a high risk pregnant woman who was in her second semester carrying twins- see article ‘Healing with Light’. (hyperlink www.Psi-Qi-Energy.com) There was repeated fear of termination when anomalies in brain development showed up in the sonograms. However, due to the PGSG healing intervention she carried to term and delivered two healthy boys. The medical staff referred to the twins as the “miracle babies.”

The PGSG forms are easy to learn, easy to teach and the benefit is tangible. The passwords are the language of compassion and guideposts to quality living. As Dimitri stated succinctly, ‘It makes us a better person.’
Although the Moving Form is presented as a means to improve and heal physical health, since becoming a teacher, my students and clients attribute their ability to better handle stress, environmental change and relationship challenges to regular Moving Form practice. Self-efficacy breads self-confidence. A calm mind is a healthy mind.

Why did I want to become a PGSG Moving Form Teacher?

I love teaching. I love sharing successful strategies and I don’t do things by halves. When incorporating the PGSG healing in my clinical work, I saw the benefit in clients. It made sense to be able to teach others a strategy they could take home and practice on their own.
