In July 2010 Master Ou and his family returned to Merida for a second visit.  I am certain that this is just the beginning of teaching Pangu Shengong in Latin America and the Caribbean. As I look back on the more than 300 pictures, I realize that every moment can be miraculous if we are in the mindset to notice.  Here are some pictures to give you a feeling of the remarkable time. The first is the group of students and participants.

The next is an example of one of the wonderful dishes prepared by Chef Ou and family.  Notice it has a balance and harmony, not to mention energetic qualities that made it delicious.

The second visit by Master Ou and his family to Merida was inspiring. His care and love towards others manifests in attention to detail, courtesy, generosity, and of course the physical and emotional healing he provides to all. Here he embraces the view from atop the pyramid at Izamal.

Izamal has a famous church, made from the stones of the old pyramids in the area. This is not uncommon in the region. Often you can find examples of the older work being superior to what has come afterwards.

This is the upper portion of a pyramid dedicated to the Mayan god of healing.

One of my favorite experiences was cooling our feet in the cenote. Cenotes are natural openings of fresh water that are found throughout the Yucatan.  To this day they are used as sources of water.  There is a special small fish, about the size of a minnow, that will come and clean the skin of your feet if you remain still.

I have visited the Uxmal several times, but Master Ou has a special insight into some of the symbolism express in the carving and architecture of the pyramids. For example the "trunk" on the rain god chac, that has been compared to the nose of an elephant, he explained was a representation of clouds. Indeed that is likely since there were no elephants in the region and a rain god would be associated with clouds.

The Maya described the earth as "Earth-sky." When you look at some of the carving, particularly in the open plazas, you can see the attempt to express the union of earth and sky in symbolic form. Here are a few spiritual tourists. The stairs and entry into the pyramid may represent the concept of the steep path to enter heaven.  Master Ou pointed out many times that the carving by the Maya often represented their spiritual vision of the universe.  Interestingly, the Polol Vuh, considered by some to be the equivalent of the Mayan bible, describes how the gods tried various times to create man.  Their first attempts resulted in the creation of animals and monkeys; finally man was created from the corn.

As Master Ou described the pyramid, I couldn't help but think about his guided meditations.  What we make in the world can only be a reflection of what we are in our souls.  How could it be anything else?

It’s just lucky to read the “Path of Life” in Chinese the first time! This part reminds me a Chinese saying: if a man plants melons, he will reap melons; if he sows beans, he will reap beans.” And this is true of every man’s life:  good begets good, and evil leads to evil. For unceasing life keeps book on us all. Like “The destiny of the divine soul is to witnesses the unfolding of the other aspects of our soul here in this life.”

I agree Master Ou really has devoted his unique experience and great dedication for us. Not only he teaches us an effective way to keep healthy and curing through practice, but the great principle to conduct ourselves “Take kindness and benevolence as basis, Take frankness and friendliness to heart” as a Maxim of Pangu Culture. Meanwhile, he is a real miracle who created the Healing Music, another method for our body and soul healing like a therapy in the purpose of joy and pleasure emotionally and spiritually! Many times, Master Ou issued energy to anyone in need anywhere silently without telling them. His wording and behavior set a good example for each one of us. That is why more and more people from different areas practice our PGSG. For giving back, shall we do to what we can to help those still in pain, or instruct those healthy just body but not soul to be Kind?

As your nice dream with pleasure, somewhat we have a special super power to make something. And I would like to share a recent one with you Smiley One night, I dreamt Master Ou. We were talking while walking. Suddenly, he asked me:” Let’s not speak Cantonese, what about English?” I said, “Sure!” Then we really communicated in English though I didn’t know what we had talked!!  Grin

Thank you for your sharing, Henry!

That's right! It is a long way to go for "Benevolence" which is the core of Confucius sayings. And this is similar to our Pangu Culture, the maxim

"Take kindness and benevolence as basis 以仁慈善良为基本
Take frankness and friendliness to heart 以坦率友爱为胸怀 "

More simplicity, concise to remember, while practical and philosophic principles to conduct ourselves Smiley

I am always deeply touched by how much PGSG practice stems also from the Sages of the past, echoing their deep thoughts and philosophy.  Here is a passage from Book 8 of the Analects of Confucius:

仁以為己任,不亦重乎,死而後已,不亦遠乎.

"Benevolence is the burden which he considers it is his to sustain - is it not heavy? Only with death does his course stop - is it not long?"

The constant expression of Benevolence (ren) is tempering.  The burden is for all who practice benevolence.  And it bust be sustained for the course of an entire life to be real benevolence.

A long time ago we must have had a clear vision of the path, but for reasons that we can only speculate on, we somehow became very limited in our present lives.  Master Ou has said that we have lived many lives, in many levels of creation.  The destiny of the divine soul is to witnesses the unfolding of the other aspects of our soul here in this life.  Usually after death "accounts" are reviewed and karmas established for another round of tempering.  Now Master Ou is undergoing a great sacrifice for us all.  He brings us Pangu's Shengong directly to influence this life, and therefore the next.  Shengong might be translated in different ways, but divine or spiritual work comes close.  His next life vision is what is most remarkable, and the possibility that we might live it or "transition" to it even in this life is unique.  To my knowledge, never before has such a detailed revelation of the soul or the possibilities of a future human world been articulated.

With respect to attributing our benefits to the practice of Pangu Shengong, I had a special dream a few nights ago.  There was a group of Pangu practitioners; we were discussing Pangu events and plans; where to fly next for courses, who to teach, and such things.  In the dream we were all relatively young, maybe in our 20s or 30s.  I can't remember all the details, but I do remember that we decided to have a meal, it was time for lunch. Here is the amazing part, all we needed to do was open our hands with a sincere desire for a certain food and it appeared.  It was normal food, like grilled cheese sandwiches, but it manifested according to our wish.  The colors were vivid and there was a special sense of being connected to everyone and everything.  Of course we may say it was just a dream, but to have the pleasure of such dreams, and to awaken with such an impression in the mind, is also a result of the practice.  In the Path of Life it says that dreams are given to us by Pangu.  It seems somewhat logical to conclude that just as our physical bodies improve from PGSG practice, so might our dreams have new qualities.  It must be so.

Well, George, thanks for your detailed explanation! You take them with better comparison, the emotional cover, the mental cover related to the inside soul positive or negative, show different results. The perfect examples I've learned : )

The goodness includes kindness, grace, generosity, beauty, devotion etc, while the evil includes ego mind, selfish, greed etc. From the beginning, we have to choose one of these two directions, to be good, or to be bad, depends on our souls. Of course, goodness and evil both in our souls when we were born. The question is, the decision we have made in our lifetime that shown with wordings and behaviors in daily life, which would influence our fates.

In addtion, there are two points on PGSG of what I have understood a little. One is that we do know the more we act according to Master Ou requires "Take kindness and benevolence as basis, Take frankness and friendliness to heart", the more positive effects we have; Another is even you are negative in mind or practice with doubt in the beginning of learning PGSG, you still have more or less effect though in a slow progress, this proves how broad-minded of PGSG! Master Ou allows every beginner to practice with doubt, this is to show how objective and benevolent he is!

In fact, I have experienced the above situation when teaches new members. The key for beginners is when you have feel something after practicing for a while particulary energy, or feeling better on health, will you admit these are beneficial from PGSG, still keep the exercise every day, while want to learn more the theory deep inside? Or you still keep practicing with doubt as always? The results are evident finally Smiley

Olivia,

Thank you for your sharing one story! You know, I just read it in Chinese weeks ago, now lucky to read it again in English : )  It is really touching that Alan has shown his sincere love and devotion with PGSG and music of Master Ou though he is very young. Hopefully, let my heart as pure as his being more on the dedication : )

Later, it is very strange just now. Really, this might be my first time to tears in my eyes just reading the comment by Jessica! I don't know why, the feelings are sincere sort of touching my soul, and probably while listening the song of Master Ou "What is Love". Thanks Jessica!

Karel, you are a good photographer Smiley  How amazing the trip to Indonesia! Kind and friendly our PGSG students from anywhere, happy and harmonious atmosphere, while delicious food as well  Grin  What a great lovely benevolent family!

Thank you so much, Olivia, for sharing this great story of Little Alan.  I was inspired by him, his smart action, and his sincerity.

After reading Alan’s story last night, I tried to sing and listen to Master Ou’s songs with Alan’s method, “As soon as the song started, he stood at the receiving-qi position and sang with the melody—devotedly and happily, he finished the whole song.”  It was my first time having Master Ou’s music therapy in such a serious qi-receiving mode as Alan.  I played Master Ou’s music video, “Songs Dedicated to Our Great Motherland”, and I sang the songs happily with my true emotion.  After singing each song, I couldn’t help coughing, and I felt the energy working on my respiration system.  Afterwards, I listened to the songs while standing in the qi-receiving mode with both palms up, and then I used my heart to sing along with Master Ou’s singing.  It was very powerful!  Unexpectedly, I started crying and had lots of tears, and then I felt my back and my neck were a lot lighter after that.  I shed tears in the beginning of each song, and then I kept on coughing for a while.  After listening to three songs, the above reactions were all gone.  I felt so much happier and lighter after having Master Ou’s music therapy.  I felt I was healed deep down to my soul!  The experience was really wonderful!  I am very thankful to Alan and Olivia!
