Hi George,

Thanks for sharing the recipes from the retreat, it reminds me of another recipe from Master Ou - “Pangu Shengong Song”;

      Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah,
      Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah.
      As generous as the sun,
      As gentle as the moon,
So will I become an outstanding student of Pangu:
With my mind as broad as the blue sky,
With kindness and benevolence, frankness and friendliness,
As I speak with reason, treat with courtesy,
      Act with emotion, accomplish result.
      For you, for me,
For the health and happiness of humanity:
      Please let me
Open my arms, embrace the universe,
Rotate the sun, rotate the moon,
Absorb unlimited power from the boundless sky.

      Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah,
      Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah.
      As generous as the sun,
      As gentle as the moon,
So will I become an outstanding offspring of Pangu:
Spreading love throughout the human world,
With kindness and benevolence, frankness and friendliness,
As I speak with reason, treat with courtesy,
      Act with emotion, accomplish result.
      For you, for me,
For the eternal beauty of humanity:
      Please let me
Open my arms, embrace the universe,
Rotate the sun, rotate the moon,
And welcome the future world—infinite, ultimate glory,
      Infinite, ultimate glory.

Hey George,
Thank You so much for summing up some of the lectures. You have such a wonderful way with words, it helps me a lot. Also the recipes that you were all over (with pen and paper in hand). However you must get the Ou salad recipe. I am going to start Cooking. I will do my best.
Thank You again George. You have been a great help for me through your wonderful understanding of our Password.
Your new friend in pgsg.

Wonderful, George! You really have done a great job, a big sharing for us, both on body (delicious food recipes) and soul!

I can feel how our PGSG students with the family of Master Ou in a happy, joyful and harmonious mood during this Retreat, for I had viewed some amazing photoes that other PGSG students post on Facebook :)
Be modest and humble

Hello George,

It is so nice to read your post which brings me back to the 2011 "retreat".

The 2011 Advanced Training held in Pan Gu Retreat is indeed an amazing, deep, and fruitful experience!  Words just cannot express my wonderful feelings and deep appreciations to Master Ou and his family as well as other Pangu Shengong students.  Four days were too short!  I already couldn't wait for the next 2012 retreat!  I love living with our big Pan Gu family.

Thank you so much for your wonderful highlights.

It is great to take those quotations and reflect on my own in a daily basis.

Thank you George for your notes and wisdom! I miss everyone... all my old and new friends.
The retreat was such a grounding and deep experience. It was an honor to practice with you all.

Thank you Master Ou!

Here is one more, a simple preparation, but it brings out a special flavor in avocados.  First, get a good ripe avocado and slice it, either a Florida type or Hass will be fine. Then prepare a plate with about a 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil mixed with a tea spoon or a bit less of sugar.  Just mix the sugar into the oil and stir it around on the plate.  Once that is finished, place the avocado slices onto the plate and let them soak up the sweet oil for a few minutes.  I bet you will not be able to eat just one! Enjoy.
