  That is how I look right now lol jk. My daughter is a month away from being three years old and for the past week she has a cough and a runny nose. I want to perform the healing technique on her. Should I wait till she is sleeping so she sits still or should I try it when she is awake? If awake any advice on how to do it would be great! Thanks!!!!!

How is your daughter now? I hope she is getting better now.
When she is awake, you may hold her in your arms, recite the password to send healing qi to her. It would be better if you play Master Ou's healing music at the background.
Of course, you can send qi to her while she sleeps.

Another healing technique I found useful when giving energy healings to kids is to teach them to recite PGSG's password or "Heaven, Earth & Humanity in Harmony".  I taught my son "Heaven, Earth & Humanity in Harmony" and he doesn't have any problem memorizing it.   Kids are so very receptive to good qi.
