Hello Everybody.
I like to share my views of the nice trip to Hong Kong and China this September.

Three days in Hong Kong
it means three days among big Pan Gu Shengong family. It's really huge feeling to practice together with other 500 students masterminded by Master Ou.
Master Ou‘s lectures and Jessica’s  (Beautifulice) excellent translation.
I was touched mainly by „Feelings are good but most important it is the state of our heart and soul“.  It made me change my practice.
Observing other practicing students.
It helps a lot when I could see how the state of one’s heart is reflexing in his or her face. I still remember the face of that woman who recovered from cancer. But it  also makes me sad I am still on the very beginning.
The smaller group in the bus traveling together and singing.
Sometimes sleeping as well  Smiley. We visited a lot of wonderful and beautiful  (mei li) places. I love every place we visited Guilin and Hainan above all. (Wo ai li, Hainan.) You can see I learned something Chinese. Smiley Bamboo rafting many hours was very very beautiful. I would like to manage sleeping on this raft but I couldn’t. When I wasn't looking around great nature views I had to watch out my shoes whenever the raft went cross a weir. To see Master Ou jumping and swimming was great adventure. I regret for now I didn’t do it as well. But I took it out on Whuzhizhou island. I brought water and sand from there to home in my ears Smiley. But also many nice pictures and situations which are remaining in my mind.
Singing and dancing together (yi qi chang, yi qi wu).
Karaoke was new experience for me.
Pan Gu Shengong students everywhere.
It is very suggestive, inspiring and breathtaking. It was amazing to see how they love Master Ou, his wife and everybody. I tried to returned their love smiling and shaking hands with my heart open. I hope it was enough for this time. I have to learn more I realized. I thank to Pan Gu and everybody who help me to be part of this big family.  These words I repeated many times in my mind.
Our stay in Mrs. Liang house.
I don’t know what to say. I was there for second time. I very much appreciate hospitality and true heartedness of Mrs. Liang. We had dinner together with Mrs. Che and we talked a lot about practicing and teaching Pan Gu Shengong. After that I realized that I like to become Pan Gu Shengong teacher even I am not still perfect in health and I sometimes put out of temper and all that. I never forget.

I like to thank to Master Ou, his wife, Olivia, Mrs. Yang and everbody.

Hello, all  Smiley
I am happy to share my different feeling from singing “The PGSG Song”.
I have been singing “The PGSG Song” for many years; however, the feelings I experienced in the past are different from my feelings recently from singing this song.
In the past, when I sang this song, I felt happy. It is because I am lucky, having the opportunity to learn the PGSG. Ever since I practice PGSG, I have become a healthy person both physically and mentally.  I am very proud to be a Pan Gu student.
On Sep 5, I took part at the camp in Hong Kong. After practicing PGSG in the early morning, Master Ou led us with five hundreds PGSG students in singing “The PGSG Song”.  My feelings while singing this song were so different from the past. While I was singing with the students, the words “So will become an outstanding student of Pan Gu: With my mind as broad as the blue sky is wide”, tears dropped continuously. My mind was full of feelings that it is not easy to be an outstanding student of Pan Gu. After singing this song, it was like the tears washed my face.
I thought about this special phenomenon at night before sleeping.  I feel it is difficult to be an outstanding student of Pan Gu. I think it is because I have many shortcomings. My mind is not “as broad as the blue sky is wide”, and therefore is not meeting the requirement from Pan Gu. I believe that the tears are not only washing my face, but also washing my heart and soul. I believe this is a spiritual awakening to my mind, which is reminding me to try to reform my shortcomings and reform my heart and soul, so that I will become an outstanding student of Pan Gu.

 Hi Karel,

It's great to hear that you had a nice trip to Hong Kong and mainland China. I believe you have learned a lot from the other Pan Gu Shengong students.

It doesn't matter if you are beginner or not, most important is to practice as daily basis, reading books of Master Ou to further understanding, and promote PGSG if possible with your heart as well, then you will be much better on health even beyond your expectation. Please try and let me know one day : )

A new friend who met you in HK.
