A few weeks ago I was hit hard by a sudden Vertigo. BPPV. Frankly it was so severe I could not concentrate to practice any of the forms. Since then I have, but fear a return. Any experience here.

Hi Portage Creek, I highly suggest you to keep on practicing PanGu Shengong. Especially when some accidents happen. please increase the amount of the pgsg exercise. You don't have to concentrate on the practice, you just need to do the practice. Do you use Master Ou's healing music? In addition, you may have a remote healing session from Master Ou to help you out from such a situation.

I started experiencing motion sickness when I was pregnant and on the plane about 3 years ago. Ever since that time, it had returned whenever I was on a plane or even at the airport.
I used to take a gravel an hour before we boarded the plane and started practicing the non-moving form. However, I did not want to rely medication for motion sickness (not to mention I get very sleepy from taking the pill), so I started practicing the non-moving form before we get to the airport. I know I would not be able to concentrate so I used my MP3 and listened to the practice music while practicing the non-moving form. It helped a lot last time we traveled. The gas odor from the airport did not brother me as much; I didn't not feel any dizziness or wanted to vomit.
I understand that vertigo is more serious than motion sickness. However, practicing PGSG and listening to the healing music will help you get out of it faster and prevents it from recurring. If it does happen again, you could try the same thing I’ve always done whenever practicing the moving form is a limitation, just lay down on your bed(or somewhere comfortable or convenient) and practice the non-moving form with a headset. Or, listening to the healing music is another great alternative.
To me, practicing the non-moving form or listening to the healing music calms you mentally and physically and takes your mind out of the current situation by giving you a rest period. Often times, I find myself fast asleep about 5 minutes into the practice or listening to the music. After I’m awake, the symptoms are almost gone and then I can practice the moving form again.
Like Kind has said from his previous post, "Life is full of ups and downs", it is up to us to utilize our gift(PGSG) to help us turn a sour situation into something favorable.

Rliang brings up an interesting question. Is any form more useful for a particular problem.
The feelings and sensations seem different with each of the three forms. Is one better for a particular problem? I usually practice the non moving form in bed or in a vechicle or in public. When I start a form, the choice between moving or advanced seem to happen automatically and I assumed that they addressed a need at the time.
I seem to recall during one of Master Ou's lectures that he indicated the moving form was for the organs and the non moving for the nervous system.

Hi Portage Creek,
sorry, I’ve tried, but I just cannot put it in a concise paragraph.
When I first practice, Master Ou mentions that the moving form works on our physical body first(life force and immunity system). The non-moving works on our central nervous system and our Spirit/soul. However, the more I thought about it, life force is part of our Spirit and our central nervous system is part of our physical body. Therefore, by practicing both forms on a daily basics results in healing and improving our physical and mental/Spiritual capacity. I think Master Ou created the condense form to better accommodate our busy daily lives. I think it is a special gift because it is very short, but the energy level is very powerful.
I also think that the choice of using different forms or methods depends on your environment and situation at that time.
That’s all I can come up with. It would be nice to read what other practitioners’ view is.
Thanks!
Rachel
