I was very honor to attend the first Pan Gu Shengong Advanced Training hosted in Pan Gu Retreat from Dec 30th, 2009 to Jan 2nd, 2010.  Within these four days, an old decade moved on to a new one.  I found myself also changed dramatically during these few days.  I realized that I gained new knowledge, new ideas, new energy and new hope.  I deeply appreciate Master Ou, Mandy and Olivia’s great teaching and efforts to make this happen.

The program exemplified the best energy.   The course was described as advanced training, and as usual Master Ou provided advanced training for each participant according to their needs and desires.  There was insightful lecturing, creative singing, and delicious food.  Somehow even ordinary white rice has a unique taste when cooked by Mandy and Master Ou.  I have not yet assimilated all the knowledge and training, but the feelings of unity and the image of the golden full moon rising on New Years’ day near Mt. Diablo will never leave my awareness.  If, a few years ago, a dream or fortune teller had told me that we would be standing on Master Ou’s back porch, Chinese, Americans, Canadians, Mexicans, young and old, watching the moon rise to greet 2010, I would have just smiled; but indeed how life has changed.  My sincere thanks to all who shared their kind hearts, by doing so, you helped my heart (s).  Such love and generosity by Master Ou, Mandy, and Olivia to share a few days of their life and learning with us was the best New Year that we could have, we are a Pangu family.

Thank you Jessica and George sharing your experience! I have read the article in Chinese by Mandy. Well, it's so nice a place where I'm dreaming as always! That's why that day in China (2010.1.1) I felt stronger energy just after reciting the maxims and suddenly felt hot on both hands in the second round until the third, while a little happy smiling in the condition of practice that I have never experienced : )

Hopefully, I could go for training in PanGu Retreat in near future, not just imagination or dreaming Grin

Hello Richard,
After the New Year retreat in California, Master Ou went to Bonita Springs in Florida to begin his yearly teaching tour in the United States.  As fortune has it, that is also where we live, so it seemed that the course continued for a few more days. On his final evening of the course here we hosted a dinner at our house that had a Mexican cuisine theme.  About 20 students and teachers attended.  We ate, sang, and Master Ou spoke about the positive aspects of blending the finer aspects of different cultures together.  In both California and Florida he gave us the message to improve our heart-soul; our two hearts, the physical and the spiritual, located within our chest.  Master Ou said that in ancient times the Chinese character for heart and soul was the same, there seems great wisdom in that.

Speaking specifically of the advanced training, when I think of all that we are being "taught" with the training, I come up with the following short list: how to cook, how to eat, how to be respectful to others, how to live with strangers, how to sing with other advanced practitioners, how to listen, how to deeply practice Shengong, how to love, how to know PanGu.  Clearly the highest goals for the New Year.  Maybe we can meet in China soon.

Hello George,

Thank you for your sharing both on advanced training and the recent tour with Master Ou. I believe you have benefit a lot from the two courses. I agree that all are being "taught" particularly before the new year eve practice, except that you have the chance to enjoy the decious food of Master : )

Of course, the heart-soul lesson would be the most important inspiring. I have read some of our Chinese students experiences about the advanced, really touching with coming inspirations. Your conclusion is right the same as theirs. Actually, I need to read the book "Farewell, my soul" again, as it tells us more.

Welcome to China! Looking forward to seeing you in the near future!
