Pangu Shengong Qigong has Enriched my Life and Strengthened my Health

I am Jessica Lin and I am forty years old. I was very lucky to have an opportunity to start learning Pangu Shengong since I was in high school in China. I haven’t needed to see any doctors and haven’t had to take any medication for over 15 years since I committed to practicing the forms of Pangu Shengong every day. I always have abundant good energy and vitality and I am able to maintain a happy mindset throughout my daily busy routine. One was an introductory speech that he gave during the opening ceremony of the conference. In this speech he told the audience that he had not been sick for the past 40 years and that he also had not lost his temper during the past 38 years. Later on he gave a second speech in which he elaborated on this concept explaining in more detail how he was able to achieve these wonderful results. The secret was that he has put the teachings from the ancient Chinese culture into action. He discussed concepts such as maintaining a calm and peaceful mindset at all times. Also he talked about the importance of being humble so as to allow the heart and soul to remain open to everything in the world.
