Nirmal Singh
Nirmal Singh is a certified Pangu Shengong instructor based in Toronto, Canada, offering private online instruction in the Moving Form. He is the founder of The Wellness Path, dedicated to practices for conscious living through yoga, meditation, qigong, and music. His professional background also includes coaching through Humble Lion Coaching, supporting individuals in cultivating greater purpose, presence, and well-being.
For more than thirty years, Nirmal has explored contemplative, healing, and personal development traditions. He is a Kundalini Yoga Lead Trainer, a Certified Coach Practitioner, and has completed professional training in Compassionate Inquiry®, the therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. Throughout his career, he has been drawn to practices that help people cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and inner peace. Whether through yoga, coaching, or qigong, his work has always been guided by the same intention: helping people live with greater vitality, compassion, and conscious presence.
Nirmal discovered Pangu Shengong in April 2022 while searching for a practice to address recurring episodes of vertigo. Drawn initially by its simplicity and reputation for healing, he soon found that it offered much more than physical well-being. Through daily practice, his symptoms resolved, his energy increased, and he experienced a deeper sense of calm, balance, and connection. Since then, Pangu Shengong has remained an essential part of his daily life and personal practice.
The reason Nirmal Singh became a Pangu Shengong (PGSG) Moving Form instructor:
One of the qualities I appreciate most about Pangu Shengong is its simplicity. In just twenty minutes a day, almost anyone can learn a practice that supports greater vitality while encouraging kindness, honesty, and harmony in everyday life.
Throughout my years of teaching and coaching, I have learned that the most meaningful practices are often the simplest—the ones that can be integrated naturally into everyday life. Pangu Shengong is one of those rare practices. It asks for very little, yet offers so much in return.
Having practised daily since 2022, I continue to experience its benefits in my own life. It keeps me grounded, healthy, and connected, and it is a privilege to introduce others to this remarkable practice. My hope is that every person I teach develops the confidence to practise independently and discovers, through their own experience, the many benefits that Pangu Shengong has to offer.
