New students with sincere intention and desires can receive as much value from the lessons offered in this class as a more tenured student. However, this course is designed for the PGSG students who have been diligently practicing for some period and who are very familiar with the form. This special topic class is designed to assist students to focus on the details of both the form and also how they study the form. A deep understanding of these lessons allows for many doors of opportunity to open. Some more examples of topics to be discussed:

• Understanding of opportunities being presented to apply the simple, yet many times overlooked PGSG teachings
• Analyzing our daily habits, performing an accurate assessment of the truth of our level of devotion and attention to detail when cultivating our heart and soul
• Performing precise movements, to achieve the cultivation of Qi through precision of physical movements
• Being honest with ourselves about our true intention to learn
• Attaining a deeper understanding of the daily PGSG practices
• Exploring what it means to be truly sincere
• Gaining the ability to cultivate Qi much more efficiently and effectively
• Developing foundational skills through Pangu Shengong form study and applying these skills to other activities, achieving in leaps and bounds progress in our abilities we all desire through heart and soul cultivation.
