On April 20th and 21st of this year, I was privileged to attend the 10th International Health & Longevity Forum and Health Industry Expo held in Macau. As I watched my teacher, Master Ou, lead 35 of his students onto the stage to demonstrate Pangu Shengong to the attendees of the conference, I felt very touched. As a doctor, I am very fortunate that I know Pangu Shengong and have been practicing it for over twelve years. My heartfelt feeling is: Steadfastness comes from a firm belief that originates from dedicated daily practicing of Pangu Shengong system on myself and others.

Back in 2006, I was 63 years old. I had a prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc, which resulted in my body not being able to move properly. The hospitals couldn’t help my condition but fortunately I was introduced to Pangu Shengong. After practicing the form, very soon my waist no longer felt painful. I was able to straighten up my waist and walk. Throughout this incident, especially with my medical background, I was able to deeply experience the amazing power of Pangu Shengong: practicing Pangu Shengong can heal diseases which can’t be treated in a hospital.

After these experiences, I followed Master Ou’s Six Practices and began to try to give healings to others using the Pangu Shengong healing technique. When I was in a taxi, I gave a healing to the taxi driver and healed his headache and dizziness. When I was at the gate in the airport, I gave a person a healing and got rid of their stomachache. When I was at home, I gave a healing to a fellow Medical Doctor and helped heal the doctor’s pulled muscle. In relation to long distance healings, I first chose my best friend to try because she would tell me the truth. I gave one after another long distance healings, and the results were all wonderful.

I was 65 years old in 2008, which was my 2nd year of practicing Pangu Shengong. One day I wasn’t paying attention and I broke my left leg at the thighbone and also had a shin bone fracture. When I went to the hospital to receive treatment, the doctor’s proposed method was a total bone replacement; otherwise, I would suffer from avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Whether I should undergo the surgery or not was the biggest test. After intense struggles in my mind, I finally decided to give myself a chance of experiment and see if solely practicing Pangu Shengong could reconnect the broken bones. If I failed, then I would have the surgery to remove the dead femoral head and replace it with a manmade one. Subsequently, I decided to leave the hospital.
After I went home I made a plan of practicing Pangu Shengong to heal myself. Every morning and afternoon I practiced Pangu Shengong for one hour respectively. For the remaining time of the day I listened to Master Ou’s healing songs and read his books. As part of my daily routine I forgot about my condition and tried my best to take care of myself. At that time I was full of confidence and I believed that I would surely be able to stand up after one month.

After exactly one month, with the support of both crutches I stood up from my wheelchair and then I moved the center of gravity of my entire body to the left leg. A miracle happened to me — I completely stood up without feeling any pain in my leg. In total, I only needed to spend two and a half months on healing my leg before it totally recovered. In 2008 I attended International Health & Longevity Forum and Health Industry Expo held in Beijing. I could walk up to the third floor like a normal person without the need of taking an elevator. I was so happy!

From this experience I understood even more that practicing Pangu Shengong allowed me to absorb a huge amount of energy from the universe, which helped stop the bleeding and removed the swelling (CT scans proved that there was no hematoma and edema). In the meantime, it helped the entire body’s main and collateral channels flow more smoothly, helped improve blood circulation which provided more nutrition to all the parts of the body, and at the same time activated the entire body’s ability to respond to stimulations, as well it improved the regeneration of damaged blood vessels, nerves, and the bonding fractured bone. One and a half months after the fracture, the x-ray examination showed that the broken bone was sealed and recovering very well. This experience sufficiently proved to me that Pangu Shengong can heal all kinds of diseases.

This experience laid a solid practical foundation for my future propagating of Pangu culture and Pangu Shengong. For diseases which couldn’t be healed by modern medical science, practicing Pangu Shengong could assist in gaining a complete recovery, such as a patient that had an induced abortion which injured the foundational membrane which caused the uterine mucous membrane to became too thin to get pregnant. As well, my little dog at home was bitten by a much larger dog and one of his eyeballs was hanging outside of the eye socket. I used Pangu Shengong to help my little dog recover. At that time I begged the veterinarian to do an operation on my dog. The vet barely agreed to help. He pushed the eyeball back into the socket, and then sewed the upper and lower eyelids together. He believed that the injured eyeball would not grow back properly and might even cause an infection which could damage the other eyeball as well. After facing the negativity of the veterinarian, I placed my hope in healing my little dog’s eye on Pangu Shengong even more. I played Master Ou’s healing music for my little dog and he was very well behaved. He quietly listened to Master Ou’s songs every day. I kept on giving him two healings each day. On the 12th day, a miracle happened. As soon as the veterinarian removed the stiches from his eyelids we could see that his eyeball was moving normally and that his eye was completely healed. Witnessing this the veterinarian was totally astonished and then he laughed in amazement. The blood vessels and nerves in the eye were reconnected automatically. Pangu Shengong had allowed the tissues to regenerate. This was another demonstration of the huge power of this practice. As another example there was a child who suffered from cerebral atrophy and after half a year of receiving Pangu Shengong healings and listening to Master Ou’s songs his physical and intellectual abilities dramatically improved. That also proves that Pangu Shengong can strengthen the vitality of brain cells.

From all of these experiences, I firmly believe in the amazing healing power of Pangu Shengong. It brings about outstanding adjustments, it can regulate all systems of a human body and successfully heal all kinds of diseases. As my grandchild was growing up, whenever he got sick, I always used the Pangu Shengong healing technique to treat him and the results were excellent. In particular, one time when he had a fever between 39 and 40 degrees Celsius. At the time, I resolutely believed that Pangu Shengong could help with the fever and the result proved what I believed was true. In fact, during the past eight years my grandson has never needed to see a doctor nor take any medicine.

Although Pangu Shengong is capable of curing all kinds of diseases it never claims to be 100-percent effective in all cases. In the early days, I didn’t comprehend this teaching from Master Ou, especially with the facts that it has been 100-percent effective in all my cases. Through the years of practicing and studying Pangu Shengong, I have considered the reasons outlined by Master Ou as to why people get sick. I have observed my own health condition and the process whereby other people get sick and I now understand the relationship between a person’s heart and soul level and his physical health. Master Ou reminded us that we need to pay close attention to the cultivation of our heart and soul, understand the value and meaning of our lives, so that we can better master the direction of our lives. Having good self-cultivation can make a person’s faith become more steadfast. I feel that the refinement of the heart and soul is everlasting. If one’s heart and soul cannot reach a healthy state, their immunity will go down and then many disease will arise that cannot be resisted. If one gives up the refinement of their heart and soul, then the protective immunity umbrella that guards against diseases will be compromised and no one will be able to help that person.

Therefore, I surely need to try my hardest to cultivate my heart and soul according to Master Ou’s teachings so that I can gradually become a person who has a kinder and more beautiful heart and soul, and follow Master Ou to walk towards an eternal beautiful future.

I am very grateful for Master Ou’s teachings!
