Poems Inspired by Attending Pangu Shengong Event — by Kim Pollack Peterson

I was driving back from the Pangu Shengong event from Gainesville Florida (Jan. 8-13, 2015). I am not a poet, however, I was deeply inspired by the amazing energy from the weekend and had a strong desire to write some poems. I would like to share them.

There are 3 poems.

First Poem:

Master Ou and Pangu you are one in the same.
It’s an honor to know you and go past your name.
Every time we see you things become more clear….
The truth of the universe is getting more near.
You have touched our hearts in such a way
that what we need to do gets clearer every day:
to expand our minds broader than the biggest sea,
to be as calm as we can be.
When our heart and soul is where it needs to be……
We can then help you with humanity.
The tempering we go thru is really not much when we compare it to you
and what you’ve been thru
I am not sure if we should call you Master Ou or Pangu. It really doesn’t matter, you are one in the same.
You are who you are regardless of the name.

Second Poem:

Pangu…… Pangu……
Where are you…..
Do you live in the sea……
Do you live up above
Do you live in the universe?
Is that how you converse?
Or in the plants
and thru the wind
Is this how you dance?
How do you touch us
And how is it so
You are all around us
I really want to know
The answer that I will say
Is you are boundless in every way
You touch us in all ways
From inside our minds
And thru our spines
All that we can see
And all that we can not
Has come from you
from your thought
And you send us all the messages we
need
and all we need to do is concede

Third Poem:

What is reality?
Is it the beautiful sea?
Is it the sky above,
Or is it true love?
I think it is clear that our reality is based upon what we perceive
And what we conceive
Our reality creates what we think is so
It really is based upon only what we
“Know”
If enough thought is placed upon even the moon
it could transform really soon
But things are not as they seem to be
You will find out someday, you will see.
