Since the first time Master Ou provided an advanced retreat program at Pangu ranch in December of 2009, it has become an annual event. Master Ou designs each annual Advanced Retreat around a theme, a concept that he wishes to share with his students. The concepts year after year build upon themselves, each providing a unique perspective into the overarching goal of cultivating one’s heart and soul. In October 2022, I returned to Hong Kong from the United States to celebrate my father's 92nd birthday. Because my father has been practicing Pangu Shengong, he is still in good health in all aspects. His thinking, memory and hearing are basically as good as before, and he does not need to wear glasses to put thread through the eye of a sewing needle. The dark colored age spots on his face and hands have disappeared, his skin is smooth, and his face looks fuller than before. He is fitter than before, and he says he weighs the heaviest he has ever weighed, which used to be around 103 pounds and is now 121 pounds. A few months ago, my father started to notice some black hair growing, taking the place of his formerly white hair, on his head, eyebrows, and in his nose. During the birthday celebration, I noticed a row of black hair growing on the bottom of the back of his head, some black hair at the top of his head and on both sides. His eyebrows, which were white, now looked black.Read More
