Annual Celebration Honoring Vibrant Health, Good Temperament and Longevity

On February 13, 2018 (December 28th according to the Chinese Lunar calendar) , over 1000 Pangu Shengong students happily joined each other in Macau to celebrate Master Ou’s 70th birthday.

It’s a great honor for Pangu Shengong students to attend Master Ou’s birthday celebration because they all know that it’s an event that will bring about more inspiration in terms of spiritual cultivation and deeper guidance on how to achieve a healthier and happier life.

The day began with a ceremony marking the sixth anniversary of the Macau Pangu Kindness and Friendship Association, they have been applying the maxim of Pangu Shengong “take kindness and benevolence as basis; take frankness and friendliness to heart” helping more and more people to achieve better health and happiness, and assisting the broader society achieve more harmony.

After that Master Ou gave a profound talk about how “Cultivating harmony and kindness brings about good health and longevity”. Master Ou first explained in great detail the meaning of having a heart that is in harmony and a body that is full of kind Qi. He then analyzed the close relationship between these characteristics and having good health and longevity. Master Ou said, “There are three layers of meaning in relation to Harmony. The fundamental basis for harmony is to be in-sync. The second level of harmony means one is able to achieve a consistent state of being Calm & Peaceful, Open & Tolerant , Humble & Modest, Determined & Persistent (persevering through challenges), and Earnest & Diligent (being a hardworking individual). He said, “I wish that everyone here can enter such a state as often as possible in order to show respect to the kind portion of your body and soul. As long as you can achieve one of these five desired characteristics, your heart and soul quality will be elevated gradually, and as a result, many illnesses will be lessened or even healed.”

In the final part of the talk, Master Ou emphasized: “The highest level of Harmony is only love and no hate in one’s heart. When we reach to this level, we can be with everything else in the Universe harmoniously and we may achieve the quality of living forever.”

After the lecture, we enjoyed a delicious meal, beautiful singing and dancing performances by many dedicated Pangu Shengong students.
