How my Son Recovered from his Allergies — by Lillie Quan

Lillie Quan’s Son’s Pangu Shengong (Pan Gu Mystical Qigong) testimonial discussing Allergies and other conditions.

When Justin was eight years old he always had long term flu like symptoms such as headaches, stuffy nose and allergies. He did not have enough energy to participate in any sports or club activities and he was always exhausted. Justin also had very loud snoring issues because he was unable to breathe through his nose to the point where we took him to our pediatrician. After doing a basic check up my pediatrician had noticed my son’s tonsils were extremely swollen and indicated that there was no medicine that could cure his allergies. The blood report came out and it said that my son was highly allergic to dust. The doctor suggested that Justin needed to see a specialist so that he could have an injection every week. My son was horrified and scared that he would have to take a shot every week.

Fortunately I was already practicing Pangu Shengong for six years and I knew that it would help him. I had asked him to practice Pangu Shengong with me and I told him that he was not allowed to skip practice. Fortunately he choose to practice Pangu Shengong and Master Ou had arrived in New York. Master Ou had given him a healing and from that day on Justin would practice with me four times a day. He would practice twice after school and twice at night before he went to sleep. During the weekends we would practice six times a day and every month I would take him to the group practice. Whenever he practiced he always had to blow his nose and he would constantly cough out mucus. After ten days my son’s condition had improved and he was able to breathe more freely.

Two years later Justin had recovered from his chronic allergies and he was able to participate in sports activities such as handball and swimming. Although he has gotten sick over the past years he recovers in just two days without taking any type of medication. As he entered high school his problem gradually disappeared. However he did not practice Pangu Shengong as much as I hoped he would. He started to skip practice for a few days and then he stopped practicing for weeks. One time he had caught a very bad flu he chose to take antibiotics instead of practicing. As a result it took him two weeks to recover and two more weeks to eliminate the rest of the remaining virus. If I had tried to force him to practice then it would not be as effective as doing it voluntarily. I had tried my best to convince him to practice again but it was futile.

In 2014 I brought Justin to attend to one of Master Ou’s Lectures and retake the Moving form. During the lecture Justin would pay close attention to Master Ou’s lecture “What is Love”. In this lecture Master Ou explained what the meaning of the password (Kindness and Benevolence) in depth and how to become a good person. In order to become a good person you must have a loving heart, learn how to respect people and to be kind to others. After the lecture Justin had changed, everytime he had gotten sick he would practice himself voluntarily. When he had an important test the next day he would hold on to the Path Of Life book. He would recite the password (Take Kindness and Benevolence as Basis, Take Frankness and Friendliness to Heart. Speak with Reason, Treat with Courtesy, Act with Emotion, Accomplish Result.) to calm himself. He is very independent now and he can go out and play with his friends without coming home exhausted. He was even capable enough to join the handball team.

My son and I are very grateful and we appreciate that we have met Master Ou and learned PGSG. Practicing PanGu Shengong will not only help us to recover from our sicknesses but we also learn how to be a truly kind and loving person. We remind ourselves to act as the password’s motto “Take Kindness and Benevolence as Basis, Take Frankness and Friendliness to Heart. Speak with Reason, Treat with Courtesy, Act with Emotion, Accomplish Result” everyday in our lives.
