My Chronic Kidney Illnesses are Recovering by Practicing Pangu Shengong–by Lillie Quan

Lillie Quan’s Pangu Shengong (Pan Gu Mystical Qigong) testimonial discussing Chronic Kidney Illnesses and other conditions.

My name is Lillie Quan and I am forty nine years old. I am the mother of two children and I used to work at the United States Postal Service as a window clerk. In 1998, a month before the expected birth date for my second son, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. The Obstetrics and Gynecologist told me that if I delayed the childbirth, my child and I would be endangered. I immediately went to the hospital to induce the early delivery of my baby. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with hypertension and a chronic kidney infection after the delivery. There was a large amount of proteins and blood in my urine. (Normally one would have no greater than 30 mg-150 mg of protein in their urine, however I had 991 mg.) I experienced fatigue, lack of appetite, sleeplessness, lower back pain, dizziness, constant headaches, nervousness, gum inflammation, suffered from pain on the cervical spine, lumbar vertebral pain, bladder infections and urinary tract infections. I felt very uncomfortable everyday. My family doctor had prescribed blood pressure medicine and prescriptions to reduce the swelling in my body. He had referred me to a kidney specialist. The nephrologist told me to do a biopsy because there was an excessive amount of protein and blood and red blood cells in my urine. If I had agreed to do this operation then he would be able to prescribe a specific type of medication for my kidney illness. I was worried that I would experience more lower back pain and that I would feel even weaker from the biopsy.

I was skeptical about taking the medicine prescribed by the nephrologist because it might cause future side effects. Instead of going through with the biopsy, I turned to chinese acupuncture and chinese herbal medicine. I received acupuncture treatments everyday for about half a year which resulted in a minor improvement. My high blood pressure stabilized after a month and the protein in my urine decreased. My maternity time was up I had to work on light duty because I did not have the energy to sustain my regular job. I was still suffering from fatigue, body ache and lower back pain. After I returned home I felt so extremely exhausted that I was trembling. I continued to receive acupuncture treatments and take chinese medicine. The biggest issue was that I would get sick very often regardless of the weather. It took me a long time to recover from the flu whether I took the chinese herbal medicine or prescribed medicine from my western doctor. I’ve tried to take the flu shot but it seemed ineffective and I felt even worse. Sometimes the flu would last for one month or three months and right after I would recover I would get sick again. I even tried practicing dietotherapy (A traditional chinese food therapy) and I also took oriental tonic medication.

Year after year my condition did not improve and I also got weaker. In 2001 my kidney condition worsened. Finally I had to resign from the USPS after I had worked there for almost fifteen years. I slipped into a depression because I felt useless. I always thought about my children and how I was unable to take care of them over the past few years. I was disappointed in myself and I thought that I was unable to watch my kids grow up. I was also afraid that my kidneys might stop functioning correctly and I may need to receive a kidney transplant like the nephrologist had warned me about. I did not want to inform my husband because I did not want him to be distracted at work and he already had so many things to take care of in the family. My husband took care of the cooking, cleaning, shopping, the kids and driving me to the doctors. I had so many afflictions and I did not want to tell my brothers and sisters, friends, relatives or anyone about them. I was also concerned about my family’s financial issues.

During the Autumn of 2002, I finally met Master Ou and I was able to learn Pangu Shengong. I started to practice 6-8 times a day at home after Master Ou had given me a healing. When I practiced, I always felt energy on my hands like a magnetic pull. I always sweated on my chest and I would feel warm. Sometimes one of my hands would feel warm and my other hand would feel cold. Even though I had pain on my lower back, I would try to stand up to practice but sometimes I would sit down to practice. After a period of time, I also felt numbness on the lower back, cervical spine and lumbar vertebrae where I always felt unbearable pain. I encouraged myself to practice more even though I could not stand up for long. At the same time I bought a disc and tape so I could listen to Master Ou’s lectures to understand more about the basic concepts of PGSG. Gradually, my lower back pain was relieved as I continued to practice and I did not feel as tired as before. At the same time I could do some house chores to help out my family. Lorna was an instructor in NY and she encouraged me to join the group practice every month at A.R.E. I never skipped the monthly group practice and I actually was looking forward to it every month. There were some students that shared their experience with me and how their bodies had responded to the energy. Meanwhile I learned how to give healings to other PGSG students and share my experiences. Reading the books of Master Ou’s lectures increased my understandings of PGSG, focusing on kindness, benevolence and the next level of understanding of “The Path of Life” by Master Ou. All these activities in PGSG at the same time helped me enhance my results.

In the summer of 2004, I went to Hong Kong and my relatives complimented on my healthier aura. They didn’t believe that I had the kidney condition. My protein and blood in my urine had been cut down from 65 to 75 percent compared to 1998 and my kidney function was back to normal. I felt stronger and happier that I could go to a lot of places with my family without worrying about exhausting myself too fast. My immune system improved a lot and I had enough physical strength to take care of my family.

In 2005 I had a slight fever and I would constantly have body aches for a month. Fortunately Master Ou had arrived to New York to give a lecture and I was able to receive a healing from him. After the healing the pain from my body was relieved and I practiced at least six times a day. When I could not fall asleep because of the excessive cough, mucus and stuffy nose I would practice more so I would sleep comfortably. I did not take the herbal medicine that I used to. In around two to three weeks I started to feel better and I had less and less mucus. From that time on I had rarely caught the flu and even when I did, I would recover very quickly. There is a book written in Chinese that contains 100 cases of PGSG testimonials that gave me a lot of references, encouragement, persistence, confidence and promoted me to have a strong faith in practicing Pangu Shengong.

In 2010, I was not aware that I was in the stage of perimenopause. I was experiencing irregular periods, experience heavy bleeding during my period and exhaustion. I experienced dizziness, menstrual migraines and heart palpitations. I was felt depressed, anxious, and irritable and had trouble sleeping at night. The cardiology doctor said that I had a blood vessel that was degenerating and I also had hypertension and I needed to take medication. The hypertension medication was less effective year after year. My right foot was swollen and I had trouble walking far distances. Then I noticed I did not practice PGSG enough for the last couple of years. When I was practicing, I did not have a calm and peaceful mindset. I always had some negative thoughts in my mind. I was dwelling too much on the past and the unfortunate events that occurred in my family such as the passing of my mother. I alway felt impatient, unsatisfied and easily lost my temper. I totally forgot all about what Master Ou had taught me about “kindness and benevolence”.

Since 2012 I started to practiced the moving form from six to seven times a day, a nonmoving form at least once a day and 40 minutes of the condensed form. I practiced the nonmoving form more to release my dizziness and headaches. Meanwhile I would reread Master Ou’s lecture books and listen to Master Ou’s healing music. When I listened to Master Ou’s Chanting CD I would feel joyful and peaceful. By practicing PGSG and listening to Master Ou’s music my conditions improved. I was able to fall asleep a lot easier. My blood pressure medication was cut down to a 1/4 dose daily.

Last year in 2014, my right foot was not swelling anymore. I went to the cardiologist for a follow up examination. He found there was no condition of blood vessel degeneration. There were no more signs of protein and red blood cells in my urine sample anymore in my yearly check up report from 2014. Even though I am required to take blood pressure medication, I will still put my best effort to learn and practice Pangu Shengong for the best results on the road to improve my health.

I am more happy now because I have been having this problem for 15 year since I gave birth to my second child. I am very thankful to Pangu, Master Ou and for the creation Pangu Shengong because it has given me a second chance. As well it helps people who have serious illnesses that are difficult to treat. They now have an alternative way to treat their illness.

Master Ou, I greatly appreciate your help and patience. I am grateful that you taught me the most precious philosophies of Kindness and Benevolence and Love. Learning Pangu Shengong lead me in a positive direction on my path of life. It doesn’t only heal my physical body, it also heals my heart and soul. I am fortunate to have met you and to be your student.
