We are excited to announce that Master Ou will be offering PGSG courses (with Advanced Topics) on the East Coast in Gainesville, Florida. Friday, Feb 25 – Sunday, Feb 28. One on One healing sessions will be available on Thursday, Feb 24 and Monday, Feb 29.

In addition to the regular suite of PGSG classes, Pangu Yoga, and Pangu Tai Chi, Master Ou will dedicate a large portion of the weekend to teaching Advanced Topics to current PGSG Instructors and other dedicated PGSG students, along with two courses of intuition development. So many things have happened in a positive way since being introduced to Master Ou and Olivia, a couple years ago at a workshop in Gainesville, it would be too many to list. But, now looking back I understand why it is often called Pan Gu mystical Qigong. Things beyond a skeptics imagination occurred and for those open minded enough to go beyond main stream medical treatment and a plethora of pharmaceutical medicines that makes you sick, it is a prudent alternative to consider.

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1999. Learning the Pangu Shengong practice, I also found out that, if I wanted to get better, I would do the practice for at least two hours a day. Nothing else was able to help me, and so I became completely dedicated to doing this practice.

This last advanced retreat really got me thinking. I’ve been contemplating that Pangu Shengong doesn’t remove us from the reality or responsibilities of everyday life. However, I believe that it does place our feet more firmly on the ground of what we hold dear, our core beliefs and values.

I just read the overview of Lake Tahoe Pangu Shengong Retreat in November 2015. It was perfectly written. I feel deep heartfelt appreciation to have been able to attend. It was life-altering. Inspired by Master Ou’s lectures and fervor for the importance of expressing our appreciation for Great Nature, I wrote a poem about Lake Tahoe as we were driving away.

That is correct. Everything in the cosmos was created by a man-not by the people of the present day world, but by him: the ruler of the chaos, the genuine man. Therefore the materialists of today who argue that everything in the world was created by people, not by gods or ghosts or demons, are correct-in one sense-but also not correct, because the world was not created by ordinary people.
After hearing this explanation, I felt clearer about some issues, but still not satisfied about others, so I asked determinedly, “If such is the case that everything was created by a human, then it should be said that humans possess the most supreme power.”
