My comment about PGSG:
“Pangu Shengong has changed me. I think I always was a person who attempted to be benevolent, kind, frank, and speak from the heart with compassion in a way that enables them to hear things that may be difficult, and then open up new possibilities to grow and make different choices.
I feel that Pangu Qigong has helped me to have greater ease in being this presence in my relationships. I feel that it has helped me to be wiser and find the right words to help people know that I speak from the heart.”
Why I wanted to be a PGSG instructor:
“I want more and more people to learn Pangu Qigong to heal themselves, to be able to have inner wisdom (as I have) and become who they wish to be in relationship when dealing with others. ”
